Holiday Home‎, newly built in 2016, is about 87 square meters in size and can accommodate up to 6 people (including a toddler up to a maximum of 2 years). It is located on the ground floor of the landlord's house on a plot of about 750 square meters on the outskirts of the village and has a separate access. The property is fully fenced. From the apartment it is only a few minutes walk to the Stargard hilltop castle and the center with shops and restaurants. The next swimming lake is about 5 kilometres away. The apartment is comfortable and handicapped accessible and has a large living room with upholstered furniture (including 2 sleeping possibilities), flat screen TV, radio, DVD player, Wii game console including a small selection of games and a dining area (space for 6 people) as well as a separate kitchen with complete kitchenette with electric stove with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and another dining area (space for 4 people). In addition, the apartment has two bedrooms (1 x double bed, cot, 1 x 2 single beds) and a bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower. There is also central heating and a washing machine (for a fee). Also available for use are a highchair, two parking spaces in front of the house, a lockable storage facility for bicycles and a furnished sitting area on the property with barbecue. Internet connection (W-LAN) is also available. Smoking is only allowed outdoors. The total price includes water and energy waste, bed linen and towels (initial equipment). Layer Stargard Castle is a small town about 10 kilometers from the upper center of Neubrandenburg and the Tollensesee with good bathing opportunities. The cityscape is characterized by historic buildings and a wooded environment. Probably the most famous landmark is the Stargard hilltop castle. It is the northernmost hilltop castle in Germany. In addition to a unique view over the entire region from the keep, the medieval castle grounds with museum, castle park and herb garden offer places to stay. Guided tours are also possible. In addition, the well-known Stargard Castle Festival and other events take place at the castle every year. The Marie-Hager-Haus in the city offers changing exhibitions.
